Lucia and I both come from over 10 years executive level management backgrounds from the Banking, Insurance, and Technology sectors.  We both have served on Executive level projects ranging from corporate acquisitions, mergers, and realignments.  We have experienced high levels of professional success through hard work, commitment, integrity, and staying on top of our professions.  Our entry into Real Estate came after several less-than-stellar experiences that solidified a firm belief that we can do better.  To date, this belief has manifested itself into many great experiences for our past clients and a successful business.

We continually work hard to successfully achieve one of the greatest tasks which is to never forget the human element involved in selling or buying a home.  We will guide you through the process regardless if you are a new home buyer or a seasoned investor.  We will make sure you know the steps involved with buyer or selling in Nevada.  We want to help make your transitaction to be smooth and as easy as possible.  Our sellers will see us work hard to sell in the best time frame possible and for the best price.  Our buyers will get our undived attention to helping them find the best home, at the best price, and in the areas of YOUR choice.  Our buyers will also know they have a resource here in Las Vegas to help them through the transition of living in this wonderful desert and this very entertaining city.  Never will any of our clients get the "pushy salesperson" when dealing with us.
 
Our approach to Real Estate is that of a consultant.  Regardless if you are buying a Condo to a Luxury Estate, you will receive a higher level of service.  We conduct ourselves professionally and morally and never do we breach our personal code of ethics.
